In general, officers of the Foundation will not be compensated for their services. However, the Foundation may pay its Secretary on a part-time basis for performing administrative tasks on behalf of the Foundation. Such compensation is not expected to exceed $25,000 per year (and may be significantly less than this). Directors and officers of the Foundation may be reimbursed for reasonable, out-of-pocket expenses they incur as a result of their responsibilities as directors or officers.   CHI 2014952vI
