Creating a legacy can be as easy as adding a sentence to your will, living trust, or final estate plans.  Listed below is possible language to consider with your estate planner. Unrestricted Bequest I bequeath to American International Polo Foundation (AIPF), a qualified exempt charity, an amount equal to $_____________ as an unrestricted bequest. Specific Bequest I bequeath my (any asset) further described as (description, such as real estate address, car model, etc.) to American International Polo Foundation, a qualified exempt charity. Residue of the Estate I devise and bequeath ___________% of the remainder and residue of property owned at my death, whether real or personal and wherever located, to American International Polo Foundation (AIPF), a qualified exempt charity. Contingent Bequest If my above-name heir, _____________________, does not survive me, then I devise and bequeath ___________% of my residuary estate, whether real property or personal property and wherever located, to American International Polo Foundation (AIPF), a qualified exempt charity. Specific Bequest This bequest shall be used by American International Polo Foundation (AIPF), a qualified exempt charity, for the purpose of ____________________.  If at a future time the governing Board of American International Polo Foundation (AIPF), determines that it is no longer possible or practical to make such use of this gift, then the governing board shall use the gift for the exempt purposes of the charity that, in the opinion of such board, are similar in general purpose to this specific request.
